What is there to say about the best staff in the industry? Not to boast, but Boston Magazine did name our store the "Best of Boston 1999". How about Ski Magazine's shop of the year?  How about the Snowsports Industries of America Retailer of the Year?  Why did they do this you ask? Specifically...our staff. We're not selling soccer balls to one person, and then skis to the next. We're selling skiing, and everything that goes along with skiing...period! The people who work here ski. That's what we do.
As for that staff, they have been around for a while.  Lee, the manager of the Salem store has been with us for Ten years.  Lorry has been with us for four years and has been the clothing manager for two.  As always, you will most likely see family there with Wayne, Steve and Kelly around most of the time.

Mark has been with Ski Haus for sixteen seasons and as the store manager for ten.  He thought it would be a fun part time job.  I guess it was.  As the family grows, you are sure to see a family member in the store.  6 year old Cam works weekends with 3 year old Sydney.  Who knows, they could be fitting you for you favorite boots some day too.

If you have been in our store you will probably notice a familiar face the next time back.  Our part time employees have been working for an average of seven years.  Several of our employees have met at at Ski Haus and gone on to get married.  Some of us even have our kids working here with us.

What this all means to you is our staff is experienced. They are all passionate about the sport and every day that they have off in the winter is spent skiing. Who needs groceries anyway?
