About Us...

A long time ago... 1965 to be exact... in a small town called Wilmington MA, the SKI HAUS family was born. Back then we didn't have the Internet to help promote the business. We did it the old fashioned way; through price, product, personality, and most of all service. "Make sure we keep a fun environment and give everybody a fair deal.. They get a ton of stuff for their money and we stay in business for a long time", our uncle used to say.

For the past forty four plus years, our family has kept this in mind. We also realize paying retail for ski equipment just is not at the top of people's list.. it is probably at or near the bottom. So at SKI HAUS you won't... EVER. It is not our competition's fault they do not own their buildings to keep costs down. It is not their fault that year after year you see the same experienced faces at SKI HAUS (Lee or Brian probably sold you your last boots, Amanda or Lorry your last parka). We know what is right for you. Family help is also cheap. And last but not least, we are not greedy like some other guys.

For years we have been saying, "Ski Haus has the prices that the other stores have to match". Jordan's Furniture calls it "underprices", we just call it a great way to do business.

So welcome to the 2009 Season. The Internet has come into the picture. You might ask how we at SKI HAUS are going to do business differently. Our answer will be the same as always. We will listen to what you are saying, offer back recommendations we feel will allow you to have the most fun on the slopes, and offer you those items at the best prices possible. This formula has worked for over 44 years, so why change now.

With all our experience, as well as the amazing ability to find information on the Internet, you will now be the most educated consumers ever. We hope what you find here on our page is helpful and informative.
